Upon arrival, the visitor receives a warm welcome. The visitor registers in Gatehouse and selects the desired contact person. This contact person receives a message via Teams that his or her visitor is at the reception desk. This allows your reception employee to fully focus on his or her core tasks.

No Teams? No problem, you can also notify the internal contact person via SMS, e-mail or voice message.
