Visitors have to wait less time for their appointment, the load on the front desk has been reduced a lot and we now have a nice overview of all our visitors, which is extremely important for security at our sites. As icing on the cake, the kiosk was completely personalized in our corporate identity. We now have the digital kiosk in two of our sites and also plan to expand it further."
Vanheede Environment Group had been looking for a strong solution for registering their visitors for some time.

Now visitors can sign in in their own language and with a quick online announcement to the right hosts. This can be done by SMS, email, Teams notification and now also a voice call. As a result, the front desk can now concentrate on the important administrative tasks !
